We place sustainable construction at the heart of our practice throughout the entire building lifecycle from design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation and deconstruction. We are committed to a way of building which aims to reduce negative health and environmental impacts caused by the construction process or by the built environment.
At Inbilt Projects our focus is on energy efficient construction, including the incorporation of efficient resources and materials, carbon efficiency, biodiversity, interior air quality and eco-design. Where possible, we protect the natural environment by avoiding toxic materials, reducing and reusing resources, and minimising waste.
To help meet the challenges of sustainable development, Inbilt Projects is supported by NABERS Energy for Offices star ratings, an Australian Government initiative, and aligns to the core values of the Green Building Council of Australia.
We recognise the importance of sustainable construction to improve the quality of people’s living and working environments and strive to meet the environmental challenges of the present and the future.

Protecting the safety of our people onsite, including our clients, is a key priority for us. We are proud to have a Workplace Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) in place to assure the safety and wellbeing of our team. Our commitment to health and safety is an integral part of our approach to doing business as we acknowledge the importance of both physical and mental wellbeing both professionally and personally.
In accordance with the AS / NZS 4801: 2001 and other relevant Acts and Regulations, our employees and stakeholders are expected to understand and apply all safety measures, fostering positive safety behaviours, risk awareness and aversion.
